Qualifications

• Education Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in Python project development in the IT/Mobile Internet industry, with at least 1 year of experience in Python AI project development

• Fundamental Knowledge: Solid foundation in Computer Science and strong logical reasoning abilities

• Development Skills:

  • Programming Language: Proficient in Python and commonly used official libraries

  • Tools: Familiar with IDEs and toolchains for Python development and debugging, Linux system administration, log debugging and analysis, error troubleshooting

  • Networking: Basic knowledge of networking, including network architectures and TCP/IP protocols

  • Middleware: Experienced in the development of caching, message queuing, database connection pooling, log collection, configuration management, and service discovery

  • Databases: Proficient in SQL, MySQL/PostgreSQL usage and development

  • Containerization: Knowledgeable about containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes (k8s), with practical project experience

  • Data Analysis, Processing, and Visualization

• AI Skills:

  • Knowledge of AI fundamentals: mathematical foundations, machine learning, deep learning

  • Familiarity with AI-related development libraries: scientific computing libraries, visualization tools, machine/deep learning frameworks

  • Understanding of the principles and application scenarios of AI technologies such as Natural Language Understanding, Stable Diffusion, MJ, and large language models

  • Experience in participating in the complete development stage of open-source AI/AIGC related production-level projects

    • Project categories include but are not limited to: virtual assistants, language processing, image processing, video processing, text processing, and audio processing

  • Experience in using AI-assisted development to improve productivity in production practices

• Obtain Hong Kong Talent Admission Scheme (HK TAS) and Talents with Outstanding Abilities (TOA) status first.

• Responsible for the complete development stage of AI/AIGC related products: research, design, development, fixing, iteration.
